The Griffin Automotive Group is making sure we run safe stores for our dealerships’ visitors. Maintaining the health of our clients and employees is our #1 goal. Our stores remain open for business. However, we can also do business at your home, WITH PICKUP OR DELIVERY OF VEHICLES—if they need service, for a test drive, or final sale.
Washing hands regularly, staying home if sick, and special/frequent cleaning of commonly used/touched areas in our stores is a priority. Griffin also wants everyone to feel confident during the process of buying or servicing their vehicle. Any suggestions you may have to make you feel more comfortable while visiting us would be welcome.
Service appointments, ordering parts, and much of the sales process can be completed online or by phone. Shop our new or used car selection online. You’ll find tools there to value your trade, apply for credit, or simply communicate with us. Chat, ask a question via the Contact Us form or schedule your appointment—we’re here and ready to help.
If you need to drop your vehicle off for service or repair, Griffin can handle everything in a similar manner. Use the Drop Box located at each of our Service or Body Shop entrances to leave your vehicle’s keys in the envelope provided. Complete the form, sign it and we’ll take care of everything else. You’ll receive progress updates as we move your vehicle through to completion. Just let us know your preferred method of contact: phone, email, or text.
Griffin wants to be clear: we can do business your way, accommodating a process that works for you. Whether it be a home drop off of a vehicle for a test drive, the online completion of paperwork, or the pickup/delivery of your vehicle for service, just ask. Contact us via phone, email, or text.
